Description
This is a huge collection of hundreds of various props to make a parking lot. All of the props are cleanly made (clean mesh, and UVs ) and designed for first person games.
All models are highly detailed using PBR Materials made in Substance Painter.
Many of the props such as the pipes, are very modular and can easily be snapped together to create a complex system of pipes. Some of the props use dynamic materials that allow you to specify any color you wish.
The parking gates are set up as an animated blueprint where you can specify the open/close state with a boolean.
Included is a demo scene that shows how all of the props look in a realistic parking lot. Please note that the parking lot walls / floors / pillars are NOT modular and are simply used to showcase the props.
