Welcome to the product page of our „Suburbia“ Pack, which is also the third part of our US-Props collection.
Enjoy the setting sun on your porch, crack open a soda can and listen to the birds sing in the trees.
This asset pack will enable you to create peaceful suburban sceneries, somewhere in the US – including Basketball Hoops, Flags, Hydrants, Billboards, Real Estate Signs (all logos created by our associate Martin C. from the UK), Streetlights, Mailboxes, a rolled-up Newspaper, Trashbags, Trashcans and, of course, the obligatory Picket Fences.
Whether your scene is set in a small town in Wisconsin, or in the backyards of San Francisco – this asset pack will give you many beautiful, detailed props to work with.
As a special feature, there are blueprint-based road and pavement elements. A tutorial is included to help you create your own streets and road grids.
All higher poly assets have LODs, there are collisions and neatly tweaked lightmaps, as well as lit versions of streetlights and billboards with their own emissive shaders.
