This pack contains a collection of high quality modular pieces, perfect for building complex and dense cities from scratch, with a beautiful and slightly stylized architecture in the colonial style. Includes a bunch of high quality meshes, carefully designed and crafted to give variety and richness to the environments. Most materials have a wide sort of features such as vertex paint, color variation, roughness control or dirtiness to suit the needs of every project. Some of the materials also include a triplanar projection feature to create seamless connections between modular pieces. It is also possible to create walkable interiors, with dedicated assets and materials. Includes a demo scene with 3 different lighting scenarios.
