This system allows you to quickly randomize a whole town, using pre-made buildings. You can select the building type for each individual road, so you can easily create housing zones, industrial, services, etc… The only thing you need to do is create the buildings and place down the roads in your level.

The buildings themselves also have random generation, allowing you to have micro variations in your interior and exterior decorations. You can choose from permanent, 50%, or 10% probability of a certain prop to spawn. The system also checks for collisions, so you will have no overlapping buildings, independent of your road placement.
