Advanced MatCap for Unreal Engine 4 improves on classic MatCap by making it play nicely with free camera movement and rotation. So you can now add beautiful, cheap MatCap materials to your VR project.

MatCap is ideally suited to mobile and VR projects where performance considerations are critical.

Please note that the car mesh shown is for demonstration of the material only, and is not included in this asset pack. It is an Epic Learn product and is available to download as part of another Epic Marketplace project, “Car Configurator”.

Asset pack includes Advanced MatCap Designer which allows you to quickly create your own custom MatCap textures within Unreal Editor.
