The music that the exercises are performed on is not included in the files, but can be found in the file names.

Using the search option in a music streaming service will bring you to the right music.

Technical Details

19 motion capture files are provided sharing their own (basic) human 3d mesh/model and skeletal hierarchy.

The rig/hierarcy is made with the motion capture system ‘optitrack’.

Next to those, retargeted versions are provided in this file. These work with the epic skeleton.
