Provides basic tools using the Scriptable Tools Framework to create 3D tile/block-based environments of varying sizes, with the potential to handle large Blockmaps (25,000+ blocks) using HISMs. To access all tools, navigate to the Scriptable Tools Mode in the Editor Mode Dropdown Menu.
