Provides basic tools using the Scriptable Tools Framework to create 3D tile/block-based environments of varying sizes, with the potential to handle large Blockmaps (25,000+ blocks) using HISMs. To access all tools, navigate to the Scriptable Tools Mode in the Editor Mode Dropdown Menu.

Important/Additional Notes:
It is recommended to make sure the active Blockmap actor is not selected while using the placement tools, as this may decrease performance considerably.
Also make sure to use the Map Finish Tool on any Blockmap actors if you intend to remove the plugin to avoid actor errors.
