Contains two types of assets: Architectural parts and Props.

Architectural parts: Two kind of columns, stairs and railings, steel joins, six kinds of wall, two of them with windows and three kinds of floors, also beams and roof to create infinite corridors and rooms.

Props: Five kind of Gifts, a wonderful SantaArc, a chair and a desk worth to Santa Clause, seven kinds of toys to ambient the scene also a desk and bench for elfs and tree kind of lamps.

All of the architectural parts are designed with modularity and the props was decorated with Christmas symbols and colors.
