Description
City Creator asset pack includes over 200 game-ready props, including constructive props, road blocks, buildings, numerous street props and a complete city scene.
The city is modular, you can design yours with the provided constructive elements such as road blocks, roundabouts, cross roads, building blocks, wall blocks, windows and others. All road blocks are scaled accordingly and they share same pivot points, making it easier to move them around.
For building creation we included separate constructive elements (all well scaled) like base walls, windows, window frames, columns, background rooms (with different textures for more variations), balconies, stairs and others.
Street props included are traffic signs, traffic lamps, fire hydrants, cans, benches, trees, tree planters, flowers, flower pots, fences, shop signs, advertising panels, fire-escape stairs, bus stops, chairs, tables and others (please check images of the overview scene).
The complete scene shown in the video and images is included in this asset pack and it can be used as a starting point in your games and 3D projects.
Note: Some materials use textures taken from free image and PBR sources (www.unsplash.com and www.ambientcg.com).
All logos, shop signs, neon signs, advertising panels and building signs are design by us, they have original designs.
You can create your shop signs and advertising panels by importing your images/textures and replacing them.
