Description

This asset pack includes 51 textures and 63 wall material instances that utilize various settings which allow you to make and blend brick, concrete, mossy, grunge, plaster, painted, stone, and popcorn walls. The material instances take advantage of multiple texture sets and their settings so you can adjust them to fit into any of your unique environments without standing out.

I have included a total of 13 wall textures. 9 of these are brick, concrete, and stone wall texture sets that are individually made up of a Base Color, Normal, AORH, and Color Mask. You can change the color of four different masks in each of these texture sets to get the right combination of colors that fits your own direction. The other 4 wall texture sets are for blending with the above textures or with each other, depending on what you want exactly. These 4 texture sets of popcorn, moss, paint, and plaster are made up of a Base Color, Normal, and AORH map respectively.

Note: an AORH map is a texture that has an Ambient Occlusion texture in the R channel, a Roughness texture in the G channel, and a Height texture in the B channel.

These textures are used with the provided wall material instance that includes these settings: blending, tessellation strength and optimization, roughness and normal strength adjustment, color adjustment, and texture tile and offset.

The Blend Settings inputs within the material instance are only visible on your mesh surface once you begin to vertex paint on them with the Color mode of Vertex Blending selected (Shift+2).

Technical Details

More technical notes for painting and tessellation can be found within the provided Overview map, as well as wall examples to experiment painting on.
