Description
Dirty Broken Tiles is a collection of 11 materials instances primarily designed for walls or floors which supports Parallax Occlusion and Displacement as main feature.
It uses Diffuse maps mixed with Height maps and M/R/AO maps.
Parallax and Displacement works very well and as you can see from the screenshots, the material blueprint should be simple enough for anyone.
For displace I suggest you to use the included plane mesh which has the right number of UVs, if you preview the materials with the basic plane mesh the displacement will not be good and precise.
Other parameters included are HUE, Brightness, Contrast, Desaturation,Diffuse Color, Metal Color [with Metal Color you can achieve very nice color variations], Metal Regulator, Specular Regulator, Roughness, TileXY, PanXY, Normal Multiplicator, plus all the maps can be inverted.
Each Material is composed by three Images, with a resolution of 2048, which are BaseHeight, M-R-AO, Normal, specular maps are generated inside material with a very useful function[included] in my opinion.
