Description
Flames are Niagara Particle Systems, and Moveable candle support.
The static candles can be optimized for use in higher numbers, or have more features like wind and individual lights. The wax has natural looking light propagation that matches the flame size, so flame flare ups also make the wax light up more. The included candles are simple but there is an example “Hero” sculpted candle for close ups.
There are 2 types of candles, moveable and non-moveable.
When you use the moveable candle type it will dynamically animate the flame like a real candle flame, away from the direction of movement and up while also having natural flame turbulence when moving.
Non-moving Candles can now react to wind actors (included) and can get extinguished from actors that break up the pattern of extinguishing the flames.
Moveable candles can be picked up and held walked around with, dropped, thrown, knocked over, flames can be extinguished from velocity, or always stay on.
