This project contains several high detail models from the AccuCities LOD4 collection that depict a realistic

English College, as seen in this video. It comes bundled with realistic textures, meshes, materials and other elements that

you can use to both immerse yourself in this realistic environment as well as use it in your own productions.

Number of Materials and Material Instances: 212 materials, 20 material instances

Number of Textures: 347 textures

Texture Resolutions: Mostly 2k, with some buildings using 8k textures. Also contains some 4k, 1k, 512px square and rectangular textures (mixture of the previous sizes across the different axis). Some non square textures present for specific assets with varying sizes, usually below 2k.
