Description

This is just one way to spawn players in/out of a local multiplayer game. Player1 is the controlling player to spawn in/out players. I’m confident that once users get the grasp of this template, they will master the art of spawning & create their own awesome methods.

This template has a save game system to pass information from the settings in the WB_MainMenu to the actors in the game map when the game starts. All nodes have comment boxes to explain how they work for ease of understanding. Four BP_DefaultPawn pawns to start off with, which allows all players to control the WB_MainMenu widget, If using Keyboard/Mouse only P1 will have control of setting up the Main Menu but if P1 is using gamepad like everyone else all players will have control of the Main Menu widget. Once in game players will have different colours (Classes) with hud, health, re-spawn systems, weapon & pickups. WB_InGame_Menu widget which allows players to exit the game & Invert Look.

The game music used in this template is provided by: “Escape_Looping” Music by Eric Matyas, www.soundimage.org & soundbible.com/royalty-free-sounds provide some in game sounds. Characters can be switched out for your own character mesh and animations.
