A modern office pack containing over almost 80 unique models and a premade scene to create the office of your dreams. The assets themselves are something you would find in a office that has been recently remodelled to conform to the modern standards, but it still does have the old soul left.
About the Assets
The contents of the pack range from furniture to electronics used in the office. A lot of the models have multiple texture variants, so you are not limited by the initial colour or material. All the assets have PBR materials, so they will look superb on all platforms you decide to use them in. In total, there are over 200 (!) asset variations from material and mesh combinations already built-in. With the powerful master material, you can create any kind of new materials, such as differently painted wood or glossy plastics. Most modifiable materials have masks supplied, so you can change only the part of the model you want to. Demo scene shown in screenshots is included in the pack
The poly count of the objects varies between 52 and 4794 with most being less than 1000. This means these are well optimized and can be used both in real-time applications and rendered scenes and they can run even on mobile! Texture resolution varies between 1024px and 4096px, most being 2048px
