Description
This is an original interior design inspired by modern architecture. It has over 145 unique assets, 110 custom materials with full control, 14 Master materials and 3 blueprints. There is a working fan blueprint, a clock blueprint that syncs to system time on windows 11 and a video panel with directional audio that can be put on top of static meshes. There is an exterior shell too. Paintings have been generated using stability ai and photographs have been generated using dream textures. Character(s) represented is fictional, any resemblance to a person living or dead is purely co-incidental. Kitchen is very detailed with individual cabinets, shutters, knobs, louvers, skirting and PVC legs. It also has a gas hob, a hood, sink, faucet, water purifier, and an exhaust fan. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a guest bedroom and a master bedroom with an attached bath. The 3rd bedroom has been made into a home office with day beds. There is a queen size and a king size 4 post cot with mattresses and 2 kinds of study tables. All cabinets have individual shutters. This scene can be used for arch viz showcase or for its assets.

Following are some key points to additional Notes:
1. Electra player in the plugins menu if you have issues playing the video playing on the screen
2. Video plane blueprint has “always on” video with directional sound (Cannot be turned off)
3. Copy your own mp4 video file to ….ModernThemeApartmentContentMovies and rename it to “WaterFalls.mp4”
4. Leaves (material) of house plants are not very realistic
5. Reflections in mirrors aren’t great but other reflections are realistic
6. kitchen cabinets are all separated
7. Wardrobe cabinets are all combined, shutters and handles are separated
8. There are no kitchen appliances except for a gas Hob, Hood & a water purifier
9. Floor and walls (Shell) have been combined
10. All doors are always open (No blueprint)
11. All windows are always closed (No blueprint)
12. All lights are always on (No blueprint)
13. Use the key “b” to switch the fan on & off
14. After switching the fan on, wait for 20 seconds before switching it off
