This pack contains various building pieces, props, decals, particle effects, spline meshes, lights and decorations for creating a sewer environment.

Included is a set of generic building blocks (walls, floors, raised pavements, stairs), 3m wide arched tunnel and 4m wide round tunnel pieces, that use materials with vertex color masking for creating varied surface types (dirt, leaks, damage, paint, grime), catwalks, gates, ladders, railing, 5 types of doors and 2 types of heavy sewer seals.

There are two tiling water master materials – transparent sewer water with floating grime, and opaque dense sewage.

There are 3 types of pipes, intersections, handles, 7 types of wires with spline mesh variants.

Also provided are some props and various decoration: boxes, crates, barrels, maintenance props, fuseboxes, 13 types of wall signs, brick and concrete rubble, piles of trash and hanging ceiling scum, waterfalls, water leaks and splashes, fog and steam fx, various grime and damage decals.

There are 13 types of lights, with a blueprint for each type.
