The new update is here; And with it comes many new features…
A fully customizable content pack with parameters for texturing, shading, and wind animation.
Attached are several species of coniferous plants including 28 different tree models
7 Pine trees. (Based loosely around scots pine and ponderosa)
12 Fir trees. (Based off of grand fir and noble fir)
6 Aspen trees. (Based off of Arizona state forests.)
3 Broadleaf trees. (loosely modeled after Arizona oak and Beech species)
Much of this is inspired by the forestation of the northwestern region of the USA.
As with the trees, grass materials are instanced so as to allow customization with the final “Look” in real-time.
Next: Tessellated smart material features.
More ground plants.
Further optimization and UV re-mapping for shading purposes.

Collision: Yes, There is a simple collision body enabled around the trunk of each tree.
Triangle Count: 4,668 to 10,817 average of 7,742 for trees. (200 for grass)
LODs: Yes
Number of Meshes: 29
Number of Materials and Material Instances: 24
Number of Textures: 180
Supported Development Platforms: These trees are more optimized for PC or Console platforms.
