The pack contains everything you need to build your own grotesque world. Spice up your project with a bit of freakish, fractal design.
You can either design your own specific buildings with dimensions fitting your needs, or simply select pre-made ones from the example level and copy/paste them to yours.
!!! WARNING !!! THE PACK DOEN’T INCLUDE TREES AND BUSHES! The trees you see on the screenshots and videos are only for the purpouse of illustrating what you can achieve with those assets. If you are unclear about the content of this pack, please take a look at showcase screenshots.

Technical Details
There are 3 master materials that drive nearly all material instances:
The majority of materials are based on RGBA masks that blends different tileable textures, adding dirt and wear. This approach reduces the number of high resolution textures (4k) and gives you a lot of control over the look of the assets.
Number of Unique Meshes: 158
Collision: Custom and automatically generated
Vertex Count: 61.000 to 56
LODs: 1-5 or 1-2,3 depending on object size and complexity.
Number of Materials and Material Instances: 25 and 138
Number of Textures: 411
Texture Resolutions: 4096, 2048, 1024, 512.
All textures are natively in 4k (most) and 2k, but were downscaled where possible to balance quality with performance. You can of course upscale them back.
