The Studio-Lab UK Street Props Pack provides you with all of the basic building blocks to build or and add to existing UK scenes
This project includes everything pictured with all assets, maps, and materials prepared for usage in the Unreal Engine. All assets were modeled within Maya and the textures have been created using Quixel Mixer or Substance for proper PBR calibration. All materials use master materials that have material functions for modular workflows with plug and play customization.
