Description

(Older versions of the plugin exist, which are missing some nodes advertised. This is due to the marketplace not allowing plugin updates for older versions than the newest three. If you still need the features of the newer versions, feel free to reach out, and I will be happy to provide the plugin files to you.)

This plugin allows you to interact with the window of the Unreal Engine process, or optionally input a WindowID from the .exe Extension plugin to interact with windows from other processes.

Note: This plugin is also usable without anything else needed, however this plugin is compatible with the .exe Extension version, not the lite one. Please also note that when tested in editor, and you do not input a WindowID make sure to run as a new editor window, launch it or run your game standalone. Do not run the game within the selected viewport, this will crash the engine.

To help you get started, we have included a showcase level with this plugin. To use it, simply replace the Input Axis and Input Action in the “BAS_P_ShowcaseExample” Blueprint. Please note that the showcase level is only available in Unreal Engine 5.0.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute Must-Have!

“It is really nice to have viewport functions exposed to blueprint. I don’t know why this is not native in the Engine. […] The Plugins works really nice and helps, especially when you are dealing with multiple Viewports. […] This is my next Unreal Essential Plugin.”
