Description

The Texture Packer allows for transformations on each channel, scale, rotation, stretch and even a blur function. This tool can quickly create a variety of new textures as well as packing together existing textures. Supports Normal Maps and Alpha channels.

The “Editor Scripting Utilities” plugin (built into Unreal Engine) must be enabled for this tool to work.

Right click “EWBP_TexturePacker” and “Run” to launch the tool.

Also contains a handy material function for creating a Z channel from XY – useful for leaving the Blue and Alpha channel of a Normal Map open for other uses.
