A Modern Beach Villa, suitable for any game in a modern, urban setting. 

The package is largely modular to give you the freedom to create your own villa-related environment.

The included demo level contains a villa, which is packed in 9 blueprints. These blueprints can be used as a base or you can start all over from scratch, it’s up to you.

The same applies to the modular pool system. There are 7 pools included as blueprints, but you can also create your very own. The pack contains 34 modules, including infinity elements or benches for the most beautiful pools.

Our pack does also include a wide variety of furniture, tableware and other props with focus on the exterior area of a modern villa.

All models have been designed with a focus on games. The complex models usually do not significantly exceed 25K vertices (with some exceptions). Less complex models have a much lower vertex count, of course.
