Added feature. Conveyor C1 and C4. The Belt can be stopped via the Light-Barrier.

New Demo-Level. An Example of finished Conveyor-Line. (Controlled only with Light Barriers)

Four types of realistic conveyors belt. Rigged and animated.

You can move everything with physical properties (gravity must be switched on).

The parts can easily be transported from start to finish, or they can be moved in a controlled manner via light barriers.

A conveyor belt to rotate.

A conveyor belt can move parts sideways to the other.

Also a short and a long conveyor belt.

In the demo map 2 you have a completely automatic process via a logic blueprint.

Materials

All parts have an exact, self-made collision mesh.

Including 2 types of light barriers to control the functions of the conveyors.

Start. Stop. Rotate. Driving sideways.

Both Photoelectric barrier can be used for the behavior of the conveyor. For example. Starting, stopping, rotating (type 1) and moving to positions (type 4).

Adjustable for all conveyors:

Chain Speed, AutoStart (Forward or Backward) Photoelectric Barrier (On/Off) for Logic.

Type 1: The Rotary Conveyor: Degree of Rotation.

Type 4:The Sideways-moving Conveyor: Can be moved over 5 positions over an adjustable time.

Technical Details

UE5:

I unprogrammed the audio components to Meta-Sound. This works correctly in the UE5.

The Meta Sounds plugin needs to be activated.

Conveyor Typ 1: (can turn)

Rigged and Animated. 3 LODs (Auto-generated).

LOD0: 21714 tris.

Sound: Play Chain Sound(On/Off), Rotation Sound (ON/Off), Adjustable Pitch and Volume).

Conveyor Typ 4: (can move sideways)

Rigged and Animated. 3 LODs (Auto-generated)

LOD0: 26840 tris.

Sound: Play Chain Sound(ON/Off), Moving Sound (Hydraulic On/Off)). Adjustable Pitch and Volume

Conveyor Typ 2: (Short)

Consisting of two Parts : Skeletal Mesh and Static Mesh

SM:  LOD 0: 35936 tris, 3 LODs (Autogenerated).

SKM: 6628tris . 86 Bones, 2 LODs (Autogenerated).

Sound : Pitch and Volume.

Conveyor Typ 3: (Long)

Consisting of two Parts : Skeletal Mesh and Static Mesh

SM: LOD 0: 65172 tris, 3 LODs (Autiogenerated).

SKM:8868 tris, 166 Bones, 2 LODs (Autogenerated).

Sound: ON/Off, Pitch and Volume.

Blueprints: 9 (inkl. a Logic Demo BP and Demo Widget Blueprint)

Materials: 3 Master, 29 Instances. 93 Textures (1K, 2K and 4K).

Collision: Own greated. (simple but accurate).

1 Type of LightBarrier. LOD 0: 7272 tris.
