Masks out surfaces that block the camera from seeing the player character. Only affects what lies within a perimeter, leaving the rest of the mesh visible.

This plugin draws a cylinder mask from the camera to the player and renders the surfaces inside transparent. It’s a precise effect and does not affect the entire actor (compared with other solutions that fade camera occluders or fade objects).

Consists of an actor component that you add to the player character, and a material function to include in each material that should be affected by the masking.

Important/Additional Notes: You must apply our provided material function to the opacity mask node of each material you want the mask to affect.

On mobile platforms (Android and iOS), enable Use Full Precision in the material settings for each material you are using the mask in. See the Documentation for more details.
