Description
This plugin supports Unreal users in connecting to OTHKA MOCO system. It enables users to design camera trajectories in Unreal and repeat execute the same trajectory during live filming by controlling the camera with OTHKA MOCO system, and also supports real-time receiving of camera tracking data from OTHKA MOCO system, including 6-DoF pose, focus, and zoom.
OTHKA system consists of five components: simulation software, control software, track, motion unit, and camera mount. OTHKA system’s axis can perform various functions such as tracking photography, rotation, elevation, arm extension, camera angle, roll, inclination, snapshot, zoom, focus, and fade-in/fade-out. The system provides precise control of the movement of the camera through a computer and electronic control motor. This allows for easy control of the camera’s movement trajectory, which can be repeated repeatedly for special effects during filming. Due to the precise recording and storage of the camera’s movement trajectory on the computer, the movement trajectory data can be easily edited and modified, thus providing for repeatability, control, and unity in camera control between the real world and the virtual world.
