Expedite your level design process with the Ultimate Spline System, it supports splines for virtually anything in Unreal Engine. You can use many different types built-in to the plugin such as spline decals, spline meshes(with scaling at spline points), Spline Particles, Spline Sounds, Spline Lights, Spline Instanced Static Meshes, and much more. You can also extend it with your own blueprints, allowing you to put game logic like spawners, skeletal meshes, colliders, or really anything you want with ease on a spline. You can also snap the spline to the ground with a single click.

It was made in c++ and extended to blueprints for very high performance, you should not see any performance drops with this like you might see in a blueprint based spline system. it also supports draw call performance scaling options like culling, instancing, and Spawn+Seperation amounts,
